Good wine pairing, excellent flavour combo’s and really well executed dishes. It was our first anniversary and they let us have the personalised menu. Loved this place!
Attended Spanish Wine Dinner, which was amazing. Loved being seated where able to see food being prepped for service. Both food and wine were fantastic. I have been wanting to try this restaurant since they opened and I am just now getting around to it. Making plans and looking forward to the next visit and will most certainly bring and recommend to friends and family!
Loved the tasting menu and the ability to see the chefs putting so much love into each dish. This was a great dining experience!
Lovely atmosphere. Very attentive service. Cocktails very boozy. Wished they had a lighter cocktail on the list. Wine selection very good. Amuse bouche was delicious. Carbonara had a huge, beautiful egg yolk and was very tasty. Scallop was full of grit/sand. Salmon poached in oil was very fishy and served over a bed of finely diced vegetables that tasted like dill pickles. Fruit and cheese plate was amazing and chocolate mousse cake was very good. Overall, a very good dinner, but not perfection.
The food was artistic, fun and delicious. So glad we stopped by.
Our favorite place to celebrate special occasions. A foodies paradise.
As usual Bluestem over-delivered!!! I brought my wife and mother in for tea service the day before mothers day and we loved everything.
Awesome folks, amazing food, and incredible drinks. Best dinning experience in the area hands down! Looking forward to our next visit!
