these people that work there are total scumbags. vicky marsh and her staff lie to you about being in network and all they care about is forcing you to pay. the billing staff act totally unprofessional and they are the worst out there. totally without morals, avoid these crooks at all costs!
Dr. Marsh is very caring, knowledgeable, understanding and very professional. If you're looking for a great doctor, BlueStar medical is a great place to start looking. I've been a patient for about a month now and Dr Marsh has been extremely professional with my treatment also helpful with questions and concerns I've had. She goes above and beyond with her patients
They are horrible people. You have to come in up to twice a week and pay each time no matter what you do. They will chew you up and spit you out. They will remove you from the office if you question their billing protocol. Very depressing
dr marsh rushes you on the phone and doesn't care about her staff telling you you're in network when you're not and then sending you the bill months later. unprofessional, look elsewhere!
