They are extremely poor and does not follow through with scheduled. I was advised the would turn up on a Friday and would complete the work the next Monday. I am still waiting for the renovations to be completed. They are very unrealiable and if you question how they are going to fix things as the homeowner should they get offened and as I stated we are still waiting for work to be done. Blueprint conducted painting and renovations in our small townhome neighborhood, here in Duluth. Bryan was an effective communicator. He ensured that we were updated on the progress of our job and facilitated any problems that arose. Blueprint employees arrived on time and didn’t work beyond 5 pm.
