Tonight we had to take our dog in after he hurt his hip while out playing in the snow. We were seen within moments of arriving and he was treated quickly. I was amazed at the cleanliness, professionalism, and speed of care we received. I hope to not need ER care again in the future, but would definitely take any of my pets to them. I highly recommend them to others as well. Thank you, BP for the excellent & friendly service.
Our dog was attacked by a neighborhood dog and we didn't immediately see how extensive the damage was. Once we discovered how badly hurt she was about an hour after the attack it was too late to see our regular vet for help. The message on the machine at the vets clinic recommend Blue Pearl, so I called them, explained what happened and they told me to bring her right in. I had to take my 11year old mastiff in on Saturday night. He was limping and could barely walk. The team was so efficient and caring from the moment we arrived. It was an unfortunate diagnosis, but I felt as important as I do at my regular vet. I had asked for recommendations before going to Blue Pearl, and ALL of the recommendations were for Blue Pearl, and now I see why. Thank you for caring for Zeus (and me)! Our little Zoie had to be treated at 3am and no vets in the area would see a dog who wasn't their normal patient. Our vet had a recording to contact BLUE PEARL, so we did. After a short phone conversation, we loaded her into the car and took off on the 45 min trip. The staff was amazing and very concerned as they did tests, finally concluding that she needed immediate surgery for a rupturing gall bladder. On Dec 24th 2017, I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old Pom Angel Crystal Cook born on March 24th many years before. She was my heart, & shared my house with me. She was part of the reason I bought it. I knew the day of Angel's homegoing that I had to end her suffering, & Blue Pearl was there & ready to help me. They had diagnosed her heart condition a few years before, & knew what she & I both needed in this final space of time together. Blue Pearl was amazing. Their staff showed compassion and warmth when I had to bring in our sick lil Speck to say goodbye recently. Dr. Skoglund was so incredibly caring and informative in helping me through it. I’m so glad they offer emergency services to be available on a Sunday - holiday weekend. Thank you!
