RecommendedI thought the staff was so nice, caring and compassionate when we had to take our dog in for critical care. he did not make it, thru no fault of the staff. I'm sure they did everything they could for him. that being said, I was hugely disappointed in the doctor we talked with when we first got to the clinic. The staff was great & friendly. They rushed my cat to the back as soon as I arrived due to her symptoms. They tried to keep me calm, followed up with me, & went over the diagnosis in detail.
They listen and genuinely care about animals. I am so happy to have found this place.
I cannot thank the staff at blue pearl enough for their kindness and compassion in the worst of times. They truly care about the well being of an animal and the quality of life. I highly recommend their emergency services. ❤️🐾 The queen of the house will be missed, but I'm pleased at how she was treated in her final time.
We lost a member of our family in the early hours of Tuesday morning this week- Moose Johnson our English bulldog who was the most amazing Dog , Friend, companion & pet we ever had. He was a gentle giant and always greeted us with love no matter. Blue pearl did everything they could to help him & were amazing helping us through out the night into the morning when we had to say our goodbyes . They took special care of my Zoey on her last day on earth. Received the card today with the impressions of her paws and her nose...and although took me back a little, it also warmed my heart...thank you for all you do.
It would help if the staff actually cared about animals and not just making money off of desperate pet owners who would do literally anything in order to save their pets life. My family brought a cat into the ER recently which had a urinary infection.....they were made to wait over 2 hours while the cat has so much blood in its system that it was beginning to go into heart failure....The "Vet" then informed them it would cost over $3000 (on top of the $500 they charged them to wait for 2 hours) just to get Gizmo through the ... read more
I just wanted to thank everyone for taking care of my electra the best way y’all knew how too, she passed away a few days ago I’m still very sad about my loss, but I wanted to thank you guys for the sweet card you sent us ❤️❤️
Had an emergency last night our vets didn’t think they had the equipment to handle so we traveled about 45 minuets scared to death for our fur baby!! Once there they met us at the door and were all so nice helped calm the situation and took excellent care of our baby!! Hopefully we don’t require your services again but if we do we know exactly where to go and would have not hesitation at all about taking our babies here!!
