I've had to use BluePearl's services twice in the past several years for my Persian. Unfortunately, this last time I had to say goodbye to him. It was an extremely difficult time. The doctor who performed surgery on him, the nurse, and the internal doctor, (I wish I remembered their names) were absolutely wonderful, two in person and one over the phone. Our experience with this place was wonderful, given the circumstances. We had an elderly cat that had taken a turn for the worst over the holiday weekend. Luckily, Blue Pearl was open. I called with questions, the lady that answered (Christy, unsure of spelling) was very helpful, kind, and empathetic to our situation. She had a room ready for us and we were able to go right in. Wonderful staff. Took care of our pup and us, the Dr was compassionate and caring. Don’t hope to have to go back but if we ever ever did, I know we would be in good hands
They were very caring and thoughtful when we had to put our baby to sleep. The hours are fantastic and the staff is excellent.
Excellent staff! No complaints about the service. Quite spendy as Vets go, but we had no other choice. They charge $140 for an office visit. Where our Vet at home in Florida charges $40. WOW! $480 later Dog has a sore leg. Grateful for the pain meds, though. Don’t want our baby suffering.
We have been to Blue Pearl several times. Dogs will be dogs. This past time touched my heart. We had just picked up a pup a few days before. She apparently had parvo. We headed to Blue Pearl. We decided to let them treat her. They contacted us several times a day. We never felt left out. After a few days our pup was coming home. I just want to thank you!!!! You all were so kind the whole time. We have a healthy happy pup thanks to you.
Took way to long for a doctor to come in! You would think they would have a doctor for the walk-Ins and one for appointments.
I dont even know where to begin the gratitude I have for this hospital. I had to take my best friend Mozart in. He was 13, had him since I was 15. He went to heaven that night. Everyone in that hospital took care of me and him until the end. I was truly devastated because I knew I was not going to be able to afford to bring him home, however his ashes were scattered at the pet cemetery so i knew he would be honored.
