What a wonderful staff- the front desk, the nurses and the vets. I know Cricket was in the best place to try and address all the sudden changes that that happened in the last weeks of her life. The care and love she received from every member of the team was amazing. Making sure she was comfortable and comforting me in the most difficult part of loving a pet. Allowing me the time I needed to spend with her before a very peaceful goodbye. Thank you for treating her like she was part of your own family!
I had a serious medical emergency with my dog capone and this place went above and beyond to be helpful with his care. They were exceedingly informative and helpful. When fanacial issues arose they helped me find options to ease it a bit and worked with me to help save my dog. They continue to check in after he has been released and to me there isnt a place id hope to take capone to than here. My little Stuey developed cataracts causing blindness within a month of being diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Clara Williams came highly recommended so I made an appointment and immediately knew that she would be able to restore Stuey's sight. She got me in for the tests and surgery as quickly as she was able and not only did she take the time to explain to me in great detail every aspect of the process, she personally stayed in close contact throughout the entire process. Our dog Leroy was diagnosed with thyroid cancer by NEVOG which is right next door. The day of our initial visit to NEVOG, they were able to confer with Dr. Nieves at Blue Pearl, who consulted with us that same day. She was excellent, even when our dog was not acting on his best behavior. She fit us in for surgery 2 days later and gave us all the info we needed to feel comfortable with the procedure.
