Very Professional Veterinary Hospital, open 24 hours in Waltham
They took my dog right away when I walked through the door. They were very interested in her well being rather than collection my money. They provided a through exam and provided and explanation of her injury and optioned for treatment. The added bonus is the cost of care was very reasonable.
The staff is so compassionate. We had to unexpectedly put our cat to rest this morning, and he was treated so sweetly, and I could tell he felt safe, and loved until the end. Thank you to the staff for making this painful journey a little easier.
From the minute we walked in the door we felt that our dogs needs were important. The lady covering the desk, the nurse that evaluated our Miss Bailey and the Dr. that treated her went about what we expected since they never saw her before. All in just under 1 hour...they even fax all the info to our vet for her medical folder. glad to say Bailey is doing better. Thank to the staff for all your care.
I brought my cat here after he developed an eye issue and Dr. Clara Williams has been phenomenal. She continues to be in contact with me as we maneuver our way through this. Even on her days off-above & beyond! Everyone on staff at the clinic was wonderful.
They are great! Every time you need them they are very informative and caring.
I've had such a great experience with them. Dr. Nieves always keeps me updated after my dog Teddy's treatments. Dr. McGowan along with Dr. Nieves have always been very careful in explaining step by step procedures. They made me feel comfortable to know that Teddy is being well taken care of when he visits BluePearl. The front desk along with the rest of the staff make the environment very pleasant. Clean place. Give it a 5 star!
