Dr. Nieves operated on my Siberian Husky puppy. He had cancer on his jaw. She was able to remove just enough of his jaw to take all the cancer but leave function. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Nieves. She is amazing.

I would like to thank the staff at Blue Pearl - Charlestown for everything they did for my Rascal this past weekend. Thanks to them, I’m able to still hold my little guy! My dog was in critical condition and I had to emergency rush him to their clinic to try to save him. Dr. Pierce took care of our cat, who had heart failure, during the last two months of his life. Her and her staff at Blue Pearl couldn't have been nicer to us or our cat. We were in great hands, and they did their best to extend his life in the most humane and dignified ways possible until it was time for him to go. We're very grateful we were referred to Blue Pearl by our primary vet and will always use them for emergency and specialty care.
