Great experience! Dr. Morgan with Cardiology was very attentive and made sure I understood everything before leaving.
We brought our puppy into this place in severe pain, dehydrated, and was drooling so bad she was soaked, she also had diarrhea. We experienced this one other time and let them know this. It’s important to say we were one of two patients in the ER clinic. They took our dog and brought her in back and placed her into a kennel. Three hours later and after we asked several times for updates the doctor examined her. they made her sit in pain and drooling for three hours with no anti nausea meds, no hydration NOTHING!!! When my large Golden doodle, Chester, was attacked by another dog, we went to BluePearl for emergency care. They helped get him out of the car and took him directly to a treatment room. They tended to him immediately even though there were others waiting. We were advised of everything they were doing and we felt so much relief that they really cared for our boy. I took my dog, Gwen, to the local vet. To my surprise, they said if I didn't get to Blue Pearl immediately she might not live beyond 24 hours. In unimagined state of shock, I was received with beautiful care waiting at the Blue Pearl door. (Everyone smiles there!).
