We have trusted BluePearl with our pets for many years. We usually visit the Blaine location because it's close to our home, and they've always been there for us. Last night, we had to make the hardest decision of our lives. It was completely unexpected. On Wednesday night, our 10-year-old Husky, Masha, was absolutely fine. Came in for a consultation on my dog’s broken tooth and they were able to remove the tooth the same day. Betsy and Doctor Carlson were phenomenal. They cared about our dog and her oral health. Highly recommend them.
Although our hearts are still broken from what inevitably happened, we feel compelled to share our experience, as one of the worst days was made a little more manageable by the care we received at Blue Pearl. We started our morning at our normal vet due to breathing issue in our little 1 year old tortie, Hazel. We were quickly referred to Blue Pearl for emergency services and the day, unfortunately, ended with the humane euthanasia of our sweet girl. Our dog was seen for a heart issue. Staff treated him very kind, compassionate, and kept his anxiety down by trying to get to know him. His condition was explained to us in terms we could relate to and treatment options and estimates were provided and explained. It is a higher cost but to have 24/7 care available to our family is great. Thankfully, we were able to choose a course of action that was best for our dog and came in under the estimate price.
