We couldn’t ask for a better experience with our initial oncology consult. Dr. Duffy knew our dog’s file front to back before entering the room, explained everything so well, gave us all the time we wanted, and there was no pressure to make a decision immediately. She made a scary health situation feel much better both for us and our dog.
We arrived shortly after 3am with a dog that was having neurological concerns. The provider we saw was transparent about neurologist not being available, but clear in what the plan would be and what to do if things worsen. The provider answered all our questions, reassured us that we were not wrong in our concerns, and verified we understood the findings of their evaluation, and knew the treatment plan. The facility was wonderful for helping us with our sick baby. They were very informative and up front with everything. No hidden agenda, no ulterior motives. They just want to do what's right for you and your pet. No rush, no pressure.
