Everyone who says that once they have your money - it is so true. They do take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. I do realize that emergency care is more expensive, but their prices are insane and their billing system is confusing. It is ALL about the money. Once my baby was taken home, there was NO follow-up. NO compassion. If I had only checked the reviews, talked to friends who had the same experiences..... Actually, you should be ashamed of yourselves. The one star was gracious. I
They care more about your money than your pet. After spending $4000 plus on our dog, they still were unable to give us an answer as to what was wrong with our dog. Terrible at returning phone calls and rude staff. I wouldn't recommend Blue Pearl to anyone.
I took my dog there a little over two years ago. My dog had to be put down because I could not afford the $3000 for the surgery they wanted to perform on him. They wanted the money up front before the surgery no offers for payments. They care more about the revenue the bring in than the care of your dog. It might as well be a retail chain. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a daily sales goal. Two years later and I still say money grubbing corporation.
