FAITH IS AMAZING! she gave great customer service and made sure we found everything we needed! definitely go see her! she also gave us some samples to try out and find other goodies we like!

Frustrating experience at this BM location. I stopped by today to purchase specific items which I found myself. I was never acknowledged by the employee even after waiting at the counter for a while to check out. She was talking to the only other customer in the store who was asking for all kinds of free samples while I waited as a paying customer. I drove across the parking lot to Sephora and found what I needed there instead.
