The tech complained a lot about having to get in my attic. I had some Christmas stores up there and it was in his way. I could hear him huffing about it all the way downstairs. They complained about whoever installed the Nest unit, mocking them. The installer happened to be me, which is why I called them to fix it. I already knew it was wrong.
