Dr. Burt is without compare in terms of quality of care, bedside manner and overall longevity of workmanship. His attention to detail is one of his best traits in maintaining a uniform one-of-a-kind smile. He is always early when we have hospital appointments and he makes sure we're happy with our look before he leaves. My brother requires special accommodations and Dr Burt has always been generous about the work he's done. He's a hardworking, honest doctor.
Dr. Thomas and the staff took excellent care of me. Went in for a broken tooth...sadly had to have it removed. No pain during the entire procedure. If yiu want a caring and attentive dentist's, Blue Grass Oral Health Center is the place. Love my dentist!!!! Thanks Dr Thomas�
I had a wisdom tooth break on a Saturday causing me a great amount of pain. My fiance called the emergency line for me, and tho they could not see me immediately due to me not being a patient of theirs, Dr burt was very reassuring and accommodating. They had me I the following Monday and set me up for an extraction a week from then. The procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Thomas Birkenhauer and his staff made me feel very comfortable and took care of my issues immediately. I could not have asked for a better experience with compassionate people. Never had a good experience at any other dentist office but when I started going to Bluegrass Oral everything changed my mind about my dentist experience. They are really nice & understanding. Lots of pretty smiling faces. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. �
