This is the best salon in the area, hands down (see what I did there?). Clean, friendly, huge selection of products, many services from which to choose. I've had facials, gel and regular manicures and pedicures (always go deluxe, totally worth it), and massage. All excellent. I'd recommend Bluegrass to anyone (and have done so). I can bring in crazy manicure designs to replicate and they never complain! :)
