I called them because I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and had to shut my water off. When I called them the office person was very polite and assured me they would fix my problem that day. I told them they could come anytime after 10 due to me having a Dr appt. I was surprised that around 11:30 my phone rang and it was the service tech saying that he was on his way.
