Antonio Lopez is one of only several doctors in my life that didn’t rush me, treated me like a human, and really cared. Whoever designed their phone system should be brought before a tribunal for war crimes. The comments about unprofessional office staff aren’t baseless.
Literally the worst place you could possibly go for primary care. The staff are rude and unprofessional. With an appointment expect to wait 1.5 - 2 hours to be seen, because the Dr. is “running behind.” Don’t be late though because you will not be seen. You may have to wait on them for a couple of hours but they definitely will not be waiting on you. I’m very understanding, but to have this happen every single appointment is a problem. Go somewhere else is you want quality care.
Don't come here, I had an appointment at 9 am, I arrived at 8:45 am, they took my information, they attended to all the other people except me, at 10 am I told them why they wouldn't attend to me, they told me they would attend to me but they didn't and as a joke, every person who arrived was attended to immediately and they left me without attending to me, I had to leave, I'm sure they did it on purpose
Dr. Rife and staff are amazing. Dr. Rife took me seriously and addressed my concerns at the first visit and has continued to do so. I have a major issue with not being taken seriously so she is a breath of fresh air. All the staff I've encountered have been friendly and professional. The few times I've waited in the lobby for a few minutes I feel bad for the receptionists. I honestly don't see how they handle all the unnecessary rudeness and keep a smile on their face.
