Isaac and Amy were phenomenal, start to finish! They were so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. I’d highly recommend them and this dealership to anyone!
Exceptional service, 100% polite and professional, took care of all my questions and concerns and if one person didn’t know the answer they would find out for me. Loved everyone there! All around accommodating. Dealership was nice and clean, no stacks of paperwork lying around and every person greeted me as they passed and even helped entertain my son as we finished up paperwork.
Super easy process at bluegrass bmw. Issac was our guy and would recommend him if your in the market for a vehicle. So happy with my new car and will return in the future for the next purchase. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and it was a total no pressure atmosphere.
Very disappointed with my after purchase and the "warranty forever". Shopped around for a safe, solid used car for a new teen driver. Settled on a one owner vehicle with "the warranty" at Bluegrass. Found out the hard way I should have passed on Bluegrass BMW. Even though I had the car serviced, early by a U.S. military trained certified mechanic, this invalidated the warranty. When I was able to make the trip to Paducah to have another routine service, LOF, I was informed I was a week passed the actual 1st required service ... read more
