They deceptively list things as in stock when they are not. After they put a hold on your credit card, only then do they try to source the product.

I've been buying from them for the past 2-3 years with no issues. I understand with Covid it has made everything more challenging but my situation is no exception. Ordered repeat cartridge early November which contain 5 cartridges but when I received the package, there was only 1 cartridge inside. You can not get a hold of anyone via phone even though they have a phone number. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered from them twice and both times they fulfilled the order incorrectly. First time I received the incorrect color cartridges and the second time I did not receive the complete number of cartridges (only 2 of the 3 received). I am not sure who is packing the orders or if there is even some sort of quality check system in place. Basically I have been paying for nothing. Extremely disappointing.

Totally frustrating customer service. They sent defective ink cartridges and now expect me to contact HP directly to get resolved. No wonder you cant talk to anyone at blue dog. They hide behind emails.

First time ordering from here, printer arrived a day after it was ordered and was cheaper than any other company. Will def order from here again!
