If I could give a lower rating I would. It’s our opinion, backed by experience, BC/BS uses deceptive advertising to get you to sign up then makes it practically impossible to use or to get payments from. Borders on criminal.
I've had significantly more issues getting approval for maintenance medication that I have been on for years. And hassle with refills using the same prescription.
Get ANY other insurance you can. This company is horrible. They lie, stall and do whatever they can to avoid paying a dime.
