Called about 2 weeks ago & talked to Brianna & she was very rude & very unprofessional. I gave her my email to send something to my phone & i started getting harrassed with funny emails & funny phone calls & after i got off the phone with her i got a phone call from a hardship loan place. Thats very rude & unprofessional & shou'ld have never happened. After it happened i talked to her supervisor & nothing much got done. Made things worser
I called this office this morning left a msg to ask if they took my insurance. Got a call soon after from a lady that said we don't take your insurance and hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Won't ever recommend this office.
