Good atmosphere to live in but there's a lot of hidden fees when you move out. Even after you clean the apartment and the manager has assured you not to worry about some fees or what to do to avoid the fees. At the end I still got all the fees. � very irritating especially when the manager repeatedly assured me how To avoid fees but yet doesn't keep her word at the end.
