RecommendedAttentive management, decent price, seems newer than it is, mostly quiet but wish some residents weren't inconsiderate with noise & breaking pool rules so the REST of us could enjoy it... overall, we like it here.
been here a little over a 6 months now its a nice quiet place managments nice and the monthly notices help you know whats going on throughout the month they keep you pretty well updated
Nicole Irving is an amazing property manager. She is doing everything she can to make sure it is a wonderful place to live.

If Siskel and Ebert lived here, they'd give this place "two thumbs WAY up." The atmosphere is friendly and has a real positive vibe. The friendliness of the management and staff really puts the cherry on top of the sundae, I see them work diligently to keep this place looking in tip-top shape and the manager is really good about looking out for the safety and well-being of the residents by keeping us all in the know about what goes on around the complex. I have lived here for over 6 years. the rent is reasonable and couldn't ask for a better environment.
faulty wiring, many bed bugs,maintenance guy is an idiot
The manager Riley is awesome. We are moving in tomorrow and she is very friendly. Can't wait to get in our new apartment.
