Everything. Everything about this place I recommend. The people here are very nice and very compassionate. They took really good cared of me and of my pet. They understood that I wanted to witness every step of his cremation and they allowed me. I was treated like family. Thank you, Bluebonnet! Thank you for taking care of me and of my pet - Hugo Boss! RecommendedDefinite 5 stars for professionalism in our heartbreak. Liberty was returned to us beautifully presented instead of a plain brown box. Everything I requested was perfectly done. Urn, paw print, nameplate, hair clippings. We have three more babies that are all in their senior years. We will not hesitate to use Bluebonnet again when the time comes. Thank you, just doesn't seem like enough.
We lost a member of our family this past Sunday. Bluebonnet Pet Crematory made our final goodbye a bit easier by providing a service that I would recommend to any family dealing with losing a pet. Today we received the remains of our beloved dog with the utmost care and professionalism. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what y’all do ❤️

Angel of Mercy gave our beloved dog Lady to Bluebonnet and the urn was ready 1 week later. They are very friendly and compassionate! The above veterinary clinic sent us a sympathy card-they were very compassionate as well.
I’ve never hated a business so much as I do bluebonnet...my childhood pet of 14 years died on Jan 29th and when I received her cremation certificate It said she was cremated on Jan 5th....how? So I asked for a new one and they said they would mail me one instead of me having to drive across town to pick It up....today I received It in the mail and It says feb 5th but the name on the card said Oreo my dogs name was lupita....who knows it’s probably not even her ashes....hardest time in life and they managed to ruin It twice..... read more
