Terrible establishment , I’m not sure how they manage to stay in business. I inquired about a Jeep and they didn’t want to negotiate. I believed my offer was fair, to where they could have made money and saved me money at the same time. I based my offer on the traditional online sites such as KBB, Edmunds, and a few other, I even did a cost analysis in south Texas. If I could leave a 0 I would, the service at Bluebonnet Ford is awful. They are not courteous, non accommodating, and rude. Ford does not work with you on recalls so get ready to not have your car for a LONG time at YOUR expense- really! Get it together Bluebonnet because we came from another area and they were awesome, always took care of their customers.
