Unprofessional, avoid to not be scammed. Bottom line they won’t refund your refundable deposit. They lie to you. Will tell you they’ll get back to you but won’t return your calls or voicemails. Will sell your vehicle from under you. We went with this dealership because they seemed nice and friendly. Booked an appointment ahead of time with a salesperson. On November 21,2022 My wife and I went to BBDodge in ************* of the Kahlig ********** to look into purchasing a new Dodge Durango. Our main factor with purchase was monthly payment, which I have never done before. We spent hours at the dealership, chose the vehicle and commenced the finance. On May the 1st my husband and I went to select a truck. *** ********* was very professional and helpful with our transaction. He should be commended for his efforts and customer service. Took my car in for a recall and to replace the horn. I was told I would have my car back by end of day. I checked on my car about 3pm because they close at 6pm. I was told it would be $1800 to repair it. I decided not to do the repairs, only the recall. I am going to buy a new vehicle and decided it was not worth me putting that money into it. This is by far the worst experience on buying a car. 1) I paid with a credit card a form of down payment and a month later they told me that I should drive there or give them my financial information over the phone so they can issue the refund and retrieve the money from my bank as i need to provide them my accounting information, I refuse because that is not safe practices. Bought 2 cars in 3 months. The second car immediately had battery issues (so I thought). I put a new battery in it and it had the same issue. I took it in to the service department and for 2 weeks staight i was told it was going to be another day or 2 everytime I called for an update. At the Jeep dealership I made an offer to purchase a used SUV. They countered with an offer in writing that I am willing to accept. But the SUV has a transmission problem indicated by very hard shifting from first to second (automatic). Also the check vehicle idiot light is on. They tried to explain away my concerns but could not get the idiot light off after talking with their service department.
