RecommendedDue to a glitch between online ordering and food availability, I got a call shortly after placing my online order and was informed that a certain item I ordered was no longer available. I was offered several different options as a replacement and the staff was wonderful. Pardon the pun but “Holy Smoke” did somebody say “Burnt Ends......Pork Belly Burnt Ends” shut the front door. But wait there is more! Who has Ramen on the menu? “Bluebird” that’s who! The Pitmaster Ramen has forever changed me. I will never be able to go back to those boil three minutes and add the flavor pack. This stuff is just stupid good!
Watched a DD&D episode that showcases this place. We planned on coming to VT anyway, so made the extra hike to Burlington. So. Worth. It. Brisket was spot on and melted in my mouth. Ribs have just enough pull on the bone and are perfectly seasoned. Mmmmmm Hmmmmm 😋
