This barbecue place has quickly become a favorite for us. The service is always amazing, the portions are southern-sized, and their food is legit! I am by no means a barbecue expert, BUT I am part Okie and have eaten BBQ all over the country, both good and not so good. Bluebird is GOOD (and please note that I used all-caps for that word).
