When a gentleman from Austin, TX sitting next to you says he only eats here when in town. You know it's good. Great food, executive chef brings in bbg flavors from around the world. Traditional smoke house. The staff is friendly and top notch.

The bartender/ hostess and staff are friendly, professional and happy. They know the menu and are happy to answer any questions thoroughly. The food is excellent and they have a nice selection of local beers.

We had the Tuesday night tray for 2 deal, it was Awesome, enough food for 3 at least, we left full and happy! Prices not bad for the portion sizes, We’ll eat again on what we brought home....we’ll be back for sure...

On a Friday night we were running into 45 min waits at mediocre restaurants. We decided to try Bluebird and it was fantastic! Made a reservation online as phone line was busy. Arrived early and could go in after a few minutes. Great Food, great prices. Portions were more then enough. Left full and had some to take home. We had 2 gentleman waiting on us, trainee and trainer. Exceptional service. I’d probably not have experienced this place if I wasn’t with a die hard BBQ fan.
