Anthony and his boss just saved my family literal THOUSANDS. i am so thankful they offered to give a second opinion. we were told by another company that we have to completely rip out our plumbing and get everything redone to fix the issue of hot water being in our toilet and hot water coming from our cold line. in less time than 30mins they were able to troubleshoot- and look at two other small problems we had going on. i cannot stress enough how impressed and grateful i am for this company. 100% recommend them!
Had a ejector pit not ejecting and water was coming out the top of the pit. (Baby wipes down the toilet) They came over in about an hour. Took the pit all apart, cleared the motor, cleaned it up and had it all back together again and working in about an hour or so. Didn't try to charge me for unnecessary items or anything. I assumed I would need a new motor and they told me that since the motor was newer (1 year) it would be good once cleared. All working great now. They were friendly and courteous. Very responsive, friendly, and professional. I’ve had them replace a water heater, repair a burst pipe during the polar vortex, fix a loose outdoor spigot, and fix a leaking shower valve.
