This house is complete with everything needed to enjoy your relaxing vacation in Key West. We enjoyed staying in this nice clean well maintained home. We were able to fish right off the dock and take Kayaks and paddle boards down the canal and into the ocean. We checked off Parasailing off our bucket list too. We cant wait to come back to Key West and enjoy this home again. We highly recommend it.
Thank you very much for sharing such a beautiful place with us! A great house in a great location. Quiet area, but close to all the action when we wanted it. There was plenty of space for the six of us no matter what we were doing. We all enjoyed having the use of the bikes, paddle boards, kayak and hammock. There was always something to do. Written by a great long term guest: My husband and I have been renting the house at 19 Evergreen Ave, Key West, FL for the past 7 years. Sometimes the rental was for as long as three months. We have never been disappointed. It is perfectly located on a canal, making it easy to use our water equipment. It has an excellent boat lift that will work with any kind of craft you would want to use. It is also exactly one mile from a state boat ramp on US1 which you do not need a permit for if you neen to launch or retrieve a boat. ... read more
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is on a deep water canal and just minutes by boat from the gulf or ocean. It's also a very quick drive (or uber) to Key West and Duval Street. The downstairs area is great to grill out or just relax. Love all the toys... kayak, canoe, bikes. Beautifully furnished! We will definatly be back as often as we can. I highly recommend this house, but don't take my month!
What a fantastic house minutes from the center of town. No detail is overlooked from a well equipped kitchen, games and books for the family, and bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards right off the dock! Highly recommend.
