Do not waste your time. These people are unprofessional and careless most (not all) of the workers are part time and couldn’t care less about your problems. They’ve rescheduled my psych evaluation 3 times months and weeks apart. Please take the reviews and ratings into consideration before trying to seek help here.
The dr Taylor canceled appointments for months just sent meds refills refused to change them. i changed drs and then dr joespeh canceled multiple times as well. Front desk Jodi is the rudest front desk people I’ve ever interacted with. Always sounds annoyed. They make you feel guilty when you need Med refills. Can’t seem to get my meds changed for anything. Only reason I stayed was becuase of the therapist tami.
Waited over a month for a psych eval with nurse practitioner Taylor just to be called 45 mins AFTER my appt time to be told she's running late and can't do it. I call back to reschedule and now I'm pushed out yet ANOTHER MONTH. Why should I have to wait to get my very much needed meds adjusted, because the nurse practitioner slept through her alarm?! I literally can't even believe it! I am soooooo angry. I'll be seeking help for meds elsewhere but will continue to see my awesome therapist Megan. If it weren't for her, I'd sa... read more
Michele, Jody and Dr. Waineos are all awesome. They are very professional, listen and truly show a sense of caring and understanding.
Great place! Amazing staff... The Counselors are understandable of hectic lifestyle and rescheduling appt!
