After I purchased the 5 year service plan. They went out of business without notice or a refund.
I just love this company! They know what they"re doing, the job is always well done . They are some of the best out here in Knoxville! Now they are closed, I wonder if they know that some of their workers were on the shades side by cheating people out of money based on the lies they told.
My unit which i leased is less than a year old. I paid extra for service protection. They are not even answering their phones! Where are you?
Why are you not picking up your phone, or answering the phone at all? Our unit is barely one year old!!! This past Wednesday and Thursday, I tried to contact you, and was at least able to leave a voice mail message and no one has responded!!! Yesterday and today when I call, the line goes dead...I am not even able to leave a message! Where are you?! We've had 10 high humidity alerts from our upstairs thermostat and need a service call stat!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Had an issue with our HVAC and we got a new one from them about 4 years ago. They have had to come out and make repairs almost every year. They are now not returning phone calls and we had to get another company to come out and fix. Very unprofessional.
