absolutely horrible, no one calls back, no one answers, don’t even bother. been seeing the same psychiatrist for 4 years and all of a sudden i’m not a “client”?
Since day one Blue Valley has been a Godsend! I was at my rock bottom and couldnt have asked for a better referral. I highly advocate now to all my frienda and family. Seeing a therapist isnt just for those that are in a slump its honestly a place to escape and just talk. My therapist, Jen is absolutely the sweetest most gentle, kind and amazing listener. Great atmosphere. Everyone was amazing and very helpful. The gal at the front desk (Angela) was super helpful, professional and her personality was great!
supervisor say I am yelling on phone because am studdering to say b word because and hang up on me never get a reminder phone call voicemail or call is logged in system have to be correct was a lie must be correct I take screenshot of voicemail original first available appointment Thursday say can't work for me then she say how about wed making it next week not backwards horrible staff and treatment of new patients
Everyone at Blue Valley is so amazingly kind and helpful. I have been going there for years and still, find it to be wonderfully helpful every time I go there. This is the place to go if you need any mental health help, they will get you on the right track.
