Hate to be negative since the diners around me were obviously enjoying their lunch. I understand that the majority of your customers order the crazy named sushi rolls, and with all the ingredients in them hides the fact I ordered nigiri, 1st the sushimeshi “this is the vinegar rice” is way way off, it’s not that hard to make correctly. 2nd, learn how to properly cut the pieces of food which lays on top, google is your friend.
