This company severed my ******* cable while digging a trench in my front yard to install **** fiber in my community. The cable was sticking up out of the ground, completely exposed and obviously severed. They didn't even bother to inform me of the damage they caused. I spent 3 days with no internet waiting for a ******* technician to come do repairs. All I got from them after sending an email was "sorry for the inconvenience"!!!! Completely reckless and unprofessional company. Blue Streak Telecommunications has broken a gas main in my neighborhood multiple times while installing fiber for AT&T. This isn’t a small mistake — breaking a gas line is extremely dangerous and could easily cause an explosion, putting entire homes and families at risk. It’s shocking that a company hired to work in residential areas is this careless. It’s only a matter of time before their negligence causes serious damage or tragedy. They came to install fiber optic in my neighborhood and cause my water line broke. I am trying to get reimburse for water bill and repair bill but I think this will have to end up in small claim court.
Blue Streak began installing fiber in the ********** neighborhoods in late July. However, frequent rain delayed the installation process. After the installation, it continued to rain for over a month, preventing the yard and ****** from drying out. Even after the rain subsided, we noticed persistent water in our swale.
