"We have dealt with Blue Spruce Auto Sales a couple times. Most recently, they were very good at working promptly. We were under a short timeline. I appreciated them providing all the information needed on car repairs as well. I feel like they are pretty upfront with things. They've been very nice. I do think it's helpful to go in with as much information as you can, so you can ask them the right questions. I think they give pretty good answers; you just have to know the questions to ask."
Blue Spruce Auto Sales is always good with their word. I have bought three cars with them in one month. I haven't run into any major issues with any of them. When a minor issue did come up with the truck I purchased, they fixed it right after I bought it. I have recommended them to several of my friends!
I went in to Blue Spruce looking for a Subaru. The one that I ended up going with had just been rebuilt. But before that I took a few on some test drives. They were upfront about letting me mess around with the cars. The car has been great overall but there are some pieces missing and i'm wondering why that is considering that it was just in the shop. "We had quite a journey with Blue Spruce Auto Sales. My last car had just been totaled so I was looking for something other than a Subaru. They showed me a car and as I was driving it, it broke down. I brought it back to the dealership and they asked for another chance to fix it, and they bent over backwards and did everything to practically rebuild it. The staff at Blue Spruce Auto Sales are super nice people. They are "very Boulder" in that they are smart, professional and casual. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. They are very thorough when they check out a car. I've recommended them already to people who say they're thinking about buying a car. You should just go over and talk to the owner or anyone else there. They're all great!
I've bought two cars from Blue Spruce Auto Sales, and I was satisfied both times. When I was looking for my second car, I met with Andy out in the parking lot. I told him I was looking for a convertible. He was very helpful showing me the cars on the lot and also pointing to cars that had just come in and were being worked on. I love the convertible I ended up with!
