They throw a lot of poorly integrated technology at you for intake and it’s a whole slew of nuisances more than anything. They don’t seem to care much about patients with chronic pain either; the waiting room is cramped, cluttered, badly designed — NOT friendly to older / disabled prospective clientele. Hard pass.
I wrote this review in November 2024—I have been a patient of Jason Eliassant, PMHNP-BC, since July, 2024 (now November, 2024) and I am exceptionally pleased and thankful to have Blue Sky. I get my mental health counseling, consulting and my medication from blue sky. Excellent and quality service. My health has improved since I have been getting care from them
