Most of the vacuum are not working properly. Please fix them.
Horrible customer service, employees act clueless...Went to wash my van and one of the big roller brushes at the beginning broke my antenna off. Filed an incident report and now it's my fault that their car wash broke my antenna...saying that my antenna had a slightly bent tip is the reason that it got caught up and broke it off... DO NOT use this car wash unless you plan on paying for your own damages to your vehicle caused by their system.

Car wash is good but employees have no knowledge how to run it or deal with customers been waiting 3 days for management to get back to me about a minor issue
