I have had a negative experience with being harassed by Blue Sky, and they provide no value to our neighborhood. I am hopeful that we will remove Blue Sky, as they have added nothing for our neighborhood compared to our self managing our property.
Failed to send HOA dues to properties this year. Blamed it on the post office. They established an online portal for paying HOA but failed to inform us or the new Chin residents. Now they complain that only 15 homes on our community are paying the HOA and they will need to raise our dues.
Someone needs to go in and retweek this company .
