Can not say enough great things about Blue Ridge Trailers! We’d been in the market for a replacement utility trailer for many months and had shopped at multiple dealers & box retailers. We stopped at Blue Ridge a couple times and each time it was a no pressure sales environment, where they gave honest, straight forward facts on how their trailers compared, even if theirs had lesser features to a competitor! Could not be happier with my experience with Blue Ridge Trailers. As a first time buyer, they made me feel extremely comfortable, and more importantly, safe with my new horse trailer. I learned so much about safely hauling my precious cargo, and how to correctly care for my trailer. The staff is not only knowledgeable about their products, they’re also very personable and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful in obtaining a loan. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
If you have a difficult problem with your trailer this is the place to bring it. I had suffered front corner damage on my cargo trailer because of clearance problems in my rig. Blue Ridge not only repaired the damage so the trailer looks like new again, but also did an excellent job of extending the trailer tongue an additional two feet in an excellently designed and executed fashion to minimize potential future problems. Beautiful work and all done at a fair price. If you have a problem, Blue Ridge can fix it!
Blue Ridge made buying our custom trailer for work an absolute breeze! Their outstanding sales team listened to our requirements, recommended a trailer in our price range and consistently followed up and kept me in the loop while it was in production. We recently purchased a horse trailer from Blue Ridge. From our first inquiry to the time we pulled out with our trailer in tow we were treated warmly and respectfully. Alison made sure, before we drove 3 hours, that our truck would be a good fit for thie particular trailer.
