Got the trailer that I wanted at a super price and the service was outstanding! And everybody went out of there way to be super nice and welcoming. If I had to buy another trailer I'd go back there in an instant!
Wow! This place is the best!!!!! They had everything ready for us.... walked us thru and made sure we knew the ends and outa of our horse trailer! Will happily refer to them!!!! Thank you for making this purchase such a pleasant one and tolerating my tired brain! :)
I have purchased two horse trailers from Blue Ridge. My first one did not have a dressing room, so when I decided I needed this I immediately went back to Blue Ridge. Found exactly what I wanted and left my first trailer there with them on consignment. In a matter of a few weeks they sold it for me. Everyone is so helpful and always friendly. I talked to Donna, Allison, Robin, Nicole and whenever I called whoever answered was able to tell me what I needed to know. I can’t say enough good things about the people and place.
After searching for several months, we decided to buy our trailer from Blue Ridge Trailers because so many folks recommended them for the quality of their inventory and knowledge and service of the staff. The customer service we received was everything people had said and more. Thank you Robin and Donna and everyone else for all of your help - looks like I have just joined the Blue Ridge Trailer fan club!
My dad and I purchased our first trailer from Blue Ridge Trailers, Donna was so incredibly helpful she made sure to educate us while we were there and she was not super pushy for us to buy something right away! I definitely recommend this place to others!
They were excellent to work with. Bought two trailers with my almost 2 year old son in hand. They helped with him, answered all questions asked, and were very attentive!
