My wife Debbie and I purchased a Hawk trailer yesterday from Blue Ridge. Donna and her staff provided a level of customer service that would be very hard to beat. Prior to the sale, we wanted to verify the ease of lifting the ramp. We asked for a video of a woman lifting it and they sent one right back. Lightest ramp we've every had! Hawk customized butterfly latches on the escape doors and sent them within a few days and they were installed when we arrived. The customer service and commitment to "getting it Right" are amazing here. As a novice trailer owner, I appreciate the way they made modifications that I didn't even consider. What a Great place to buy any sort of Trailer, we were just browsing at horse trailers as we aren't quite ready to buy a horse trailer yet, but everyone is so helpful, so we will definitely come back when we buy!!!
