The most awesome group of people you will ever meet. Walked in on a Monday morning. I was greeted with a smile and a cup of coffee. In less than one hour they're fantastic service crew had inspected the car trailer that I needed to rent and verified that all of the equipment was operating correctly. They explained to me how to position a car on the car trailer and how to secure it down. No extra charge they put the correct hitch on the truck and included the tiedown straps. We bought a 6x10 cargo trailer here. They had exactly what we were looking for and had it ready to go with an hour's notice. Service was quick and they took care of plates, which saved us a trip to the DMV.
I dropped my trailer off at Blue Ridge to be sold in June. They fixed and cleaned it up to a like new state and sold it in August for several thousand more than I expected. It was a no hassle transaction for me. I would recommend Blue Ridge 110% if you want excellent customer service and a quick turnaround.
