Mr. Lopez and Mr. James came out and installed a whole new system to replace our 25 year old HVAC system. They were knowledgeable, answering every question I had. Curtious and professional. They were here on time and jumped right onto it. I've never used this type of system before, but after they explained how to use everything, I'm good to go. I Highly recommend Blue Ridge Remodeling.
Had a new system put in by Blue Ridge 2023. Completely shut down Christmas Day 2024. Technician came out - explained a part under warranty was needed. Two week later, no call back, nor communication from Blue Ridge on the repair. Two weeks without heat. Called office 3 times for follow up and same response. I need to talk to the technician. How hard is it to call the technician and get it done.
Our Heating system went out and the 2025 ice storm hit. These dedicated fellas tried to get to us, but with our long downhill driveway being covered in a sheet of ice it seemed impossible. Fearing we are in for a few more days of cold weather and more snow coming... I hear a knock at the door. Wow what a surprise. Dedication to their job is an understatement, as they grabbed what they needed from their truck and WALKED to our house to make sure we were fixed and taken care of... They came to replace my duct work for my hvac system and some how I ended up with no water and Pam the owner instead of coming up with a solution locked the door and closed the blinds u til I called the police
Wouldn’t consider anyone else. Response time is excellent and the job will be done quickly and proficiently. Never been more satisfied with the company. Highly recommend this business
