My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Blue Ridge Realty and Cindy Giarruso. Cindy recently sold our condo on Beech Mountain. She was always quickly responsive to our questions and made some really great suggestions. She even managed our sell while on vacation. Cindy is by far one the best real estate agents we have ever utilized.
Fabulous office and realtors
Hopefully you will read this before deciding to do business with Blue Ridge Realty. This was by far the worst experience in Real Estate to date. While talking to their compliance dept we learned that they teach their Agents not to get a pre-qualification letter or proof of funds from the potential buyer when accepting an offer unless specifically requested by the sellers.
