I have been with my therapist Gia for a few years, she is extremely kind and gives good advice and has helped me cope with my mental illnesses. Having depression is a tough battle but shes always there to help me fight through it and become a healthier and better person along the way.
I called a over a week ago to get established as a new patient. The person I spoke with said they are not able to schedule me. Someone would call me on Monday or Tuesday. No call. I called them. They acted like I was a nuisance and told me that they are busy and someone would call me back that day. They did not. I called again after a couple more days. The counselor, Gia Thi is very experienced and patient. Her advice is helpful and thoughtful.
GIA THI is the absolute worst “counselor”. Do not spend your money or time here. They will not help, but rather damage your mental health further. Absolutely do not come here.
