most of the associates in the Christiansburg office are polite and a pleasure to deal with. but the woman in the check in office is rude and disrespectful at times. I think she's bipolar and skips her meds at times.
My experience with pain management is the best I have ever experienced. Chronic pain is real and they take it seriously. That is wonderful to someone who has had chronic pain for the last 25yrs of my life. Dr Crichlow has been wonderful. Five Stars!

The staff r wonderful an Dr Dragavich treats you with compassion an respect. I know that I'm getting the best care possible with him. If I have a concern he takes the time to listen to me.
I could not recommend a practice any higher than BRPM!! Dr. Dragovich has been an incredible caretaker, personally doing two surgeries on me. I have never received such level of care, time spent with me, willingness to hear me, and such positive employees. Dr. Dragovich shows how deeply he cares about each individual in his care and he is a personal hero of my family!
They are very thorough and extremely friendly and helpful!
