Dr.Criclow is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He made assumption about me that were way out of line for as a doctor. Then kicked me out of the program cause I asked questions about a medication that he was prescribing to me! What doctor does that. When 2 weeks prior he had already prescribed me a medication that I am allergic to (which is clearly stated in my file in his office and the pharmacy).That he said am not allergic just because it makes me itch,my throw swells, and it makes my stomach hurts. I was a patient of Dr. Swanson for many years. I improved as a result of many things so I didn’t need to see him for a couple of years. When my issues returned in an acute way, Dr. Swanson‘s front desk would not allow me to set an appt. I was told I would need to be treated as a new patient w/ next appt in over a month.
The Staff there treat everyone like family.. yet they are very professional.. being an old Nurse.. I am impressed at the service, and the caring atmosphere at BRPM..

I highly recommend Dr. Baylor. I've been seeing him for approximately 10 years. He takes time to listen to your issues. He's compassionate and has fantastic bedside manners. Dr. Baylor goes above and beyond to help his patients.
Jordan Young, PA-C is a superior practitioner of medical sciences. He has an extraordinarily positive demeanor, genuinely caring for his patients and their overall well-being. Dr. Dragovich, is by far, one of the most skilled doctors I've ever seen. His procedural techniques are flawless, with minimal associated discomfort. I thank them both for their remarkable expertise. I could not have better healthcare professionals caring for my complicated medical conditions.
Great bedside manner, Dr Crichlow listens to you and works with you to address your problem and find the best way to try and find relief. He doesn't push procedures on you that your not comfortable with. 5 stars
