The customer service at Blue Ridge Orthodontics is outstanding! From the first day where they put your name on a welcome board to calling you by name when you walk in the door each visit. They know service. I am also amazed how quickly my son's mouth has changed. The doctor's provide quality.
I have one daughter in braces at BRO and couldn't be more pleased. She needed an expanded to widen her pallet. She hasn’t had her full set of braces yet, but she has already came a long way with a lot of improvement. We’re excited to see the end result. The office is always on time and they do a great job fitting you in for emergency reasons. Dr. Roberts and the other orthodontists are nice, personable, and get to know the kids. I'm super happy with our choice and cannot recommend the office enough.
They had a very pleasant staff and my daughter with sensory processing disorder was totally not happen going in the first time. They did so good with her and at the end of her first appointment she was actually smiling.
BRO is absolutely one of the best dental offices I have been to. Dr. Schuler did an excellent job with my Invisalign treatment. The doctors and staff are very professional and extremely friendly. Highly Recommended!!!
Very friendly staff quick appointments. Very responsive to problems & issues. They even made an apt for my older son who lost his retainer at college (from another orthodontist).

It’s #familyfirst at blueridge orthodontics! The office staff and Dr. Roberts are a fantastic team. Our daughter has a 3 year treatment plan (not the easiest case). We were given a comprehensive plan, payment options, caring and professional service, as well as extra hand holding and lots of encouragement.
